OBJECTIVE
For newly appointed call centre personnel this course gives
an invaluable insight into the workings of a call centre and
the purpose of their role. We ensure that delegates are in a
state of readiness in terms of what to expect once they enter
the live environment.

• Understanding of customer expectation
